- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1in cubes
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Marinate cubed chicken in marinade for an hour or up to overnight. Skewer and grill 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Serve with our tzatziki sauce on pita and fresh greek salad.
