1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1in cubes Marinade: 1/4 cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp honey 2 cloves garlic minced 2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground paprika 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Marinate cubed chicken in marinade for an hour or up to overnight. Skewer and grill 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Serve with our tzatziki sauce on pita and fresh greek salad.
