The Olive Harissa Chicken

  • 3 tbsp The Olive Harissa EVOO
  • garlic cloves crushed or minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken breast

Combine The Olive Harissa EVOO, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper with chicken.  Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.  Grill chicken 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Serve over rice or salad with our Whipped Feta Dip.
