The Olive Honey Ginger Glazed Salmon

- 1 lb salmon filet (skin on or skinless)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp The Olive Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- 1 tsp The Olive Sesame Infused EVOO
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place salmon in baking dish (skin side down). Melt butter and mix with soy sauce, Honey Ginger White Balsamic, Sesame Infused EVOO, fresh ginger and minced garlic. Pour the Honey Ginger Glaze over the salmon, making sure both sides are coated with the glaze. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the fish) or until the salmon is just flaky.
