The Olive Tomato Bruschetta

- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 10 fresh basil leaves, diced
- 1/4 cup The Olive Organic Tuscan Herb Infused EVOO
- 1 tsp salt, additional to taste
- The Olive Traditional Balsamic for drizzle
- 10 slices sourdough baguette
- 1 clove garlic
- Diced mozzarella (optional)
Combine halved cherry tomatoes with diced basil, The Olive Organic Tuscan Herb Infused EVOO, and salt. Toast sliced sourdough baguette. Rub garlic clove over toasted bread. Spoon tomato mixture over toasted baguette and drizzle with The Olive Traditional Balsamic. Perfect for a Saturday afternoon snack with a glass of wine or serve as a party appetizer.
