8 ounces block quality feta, drained
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp lemon zest

1 small clove garlic, minced

¼ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp dried thyme
- 2 tablespoon The Olive Milanese Gremolata, more to drizzle on top
- Olives (optional topping)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional/topping)
In the bowl of a large food processor fitted with a blade, combine the feta, Greek yogurt, spices, garlic, olive oil and lemon zest. Blend until the feta is whipped to a smooth mixture. T
ransfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Drizzle with additional Milanese Gremolata olive oil. If you like spicy, add additional red pepper flakes on top. Serve with warm pita as an appetizer or with our Greek Chicken Skewers.
