The Olive Sesame Chicken

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp The Olive Organic Garlic Infused EVOO
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp The Olive Sesame Infused EVOO
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
In a bowl, coat chicken with flour and season with salt. Fry in a sauté pan in garlic evoo until brown on all sides and cooked through. While chicken is cooking, add all ingredients for sauce to a bowl and stir to combine. Remove chicken from pan when done. Add sauce mixture to pan and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken back to sauce and gently coat all pieces. Serve over rice or noodles with our Sesame Broccoli.
